The sidebar: organizations as folders
On the left, the sidebar groups every channel and direct message by organization, each as its own collapsible folder. If you belong to several organizations with Chat enabled, you see all of them at once in one list instead of having to switch organizations.
Three channels exist automatically
Every organization with Chat enabled automatically gets General (open to every member), Announcements (only Owners and Admins can post, every member can read), and Admin (visible only to Owners and Admins). None of the three can be renamed, deleted, or left — only hidden.
Create your own channels and direct messages
Use "+" to create your own team channel with any number of members, or start a direct message with exactly one person. Projects and meetings also automatically get their own chat channel.
Manage a channel: members, roles, notifications
In channel settings, you change the name and description, add or remove members, assign the Admin/Member/Viewer roles, and turn off notifications for individual channels.
Webhooks for GitHub and external services
Every team or project channel can get its own inbound webhooks: GitHub events, Discord-compatible messages (e.g. from Coolify), or plain JSON messages land automatically as a chat message in the channel.
Slash commands, @-mentions, and attachments
"/poll", "/task", "/meeting", and "/ai" trigger actions right from the message field; "@" links to people and almost any resource in the system. On top of that, there are voice messages, file attachments, and emoji reactions.
Meeting chats and your daily overview
Every meeting with a transcript automatically gets its own chat with an AI summary, suggested action items, and the ability to ask questions about the meeting via "/ai". On top of that, there's "Your Daily Overview" — a personal channel with a daily AI summary of your tasks and appointments.

Frequently asked questions
Do I see chat for all my organizations in one place?
Yes. The sidebar shows every organization where Chat is enabled at once, each as its own folder — you don't need to switch your active organization for that.
Can I just leave a channel?
Only self-created team and project channels have a "Leave channel" button. General, Announcements, Admin, direct messages, and meeting chats can only be hidden instead.
What's the difference between hiding and leaving?
Hiding only removes a channel visually from your list — new messages keep coming in, and you can always find it again in the "Hidden" section. Leaving, on the other hand, removes you from the channel.
