Time tracking: view time by customer

The Customers tab shows logged time per CRM lead — this requires a project linked to a lead. A toggle brings in the whole team's time.

Prerequisites
  • You're signed in and your organization has the "Time Tracking" module enabled.
  • The "CRM" module is enabled, and at least one project is linked to a CRM lead.

Read the customer list

The header shows the number of customers and total time. The table below lists, per customer: company name with a stage badge (Possible, Lead, Contacted, Demo, Proposal, Invited, Active, Lost), the number of linked projects, the number of time entries, and total time with a progress bar relative to the total time across all customers.

Toggle the team view

The Team button in the top right switches between your own time and the whole team's time. There's no period filter — the table always shows the entire time logged so far.

Jump to the customer in CRM

Clicking a row expands it and shows the Open in CRM link, which goes straight to the linked lead in the CRM module.

Common pitfalls

  • Only linked projects appear

This tab shows only time whose project is linked to a CRM lead. Without that link, the list stays empty even if time has already been logged.

Frequently asked questions

How do I link a project to a customer?

The link is made on the project in the CRM module, by assigning a lead to the project — not in time tracking itself.

Does the same period apply here as in Reports?

No. The Customers view has no period filter and always shows the entire time logged so far.
