Mobile app: sign in, open modules and configure preferences

Mobile uses the same account and organization data as the webapp. Layout and available actions can differ.

Prerequisites
  • Install the iOS or Android build supplied for your environment.
  • Use an existing account with organization access.

Sign in and verify the workspace

Mobile is not a separate data workspace.

  1. Sign in and check the organization context.
  2. Open a known task or project and compare it with the webapp.
  3. Respond to the notification permission prompt.

Find work areas

Navigation includes Tasks, Calendar, Chat, CRM and Account, with further views for projects, time, meetings, reviews, files, notes, knowledgebase, goals, planning and budgeting according to access.

  1. Open a module and a record's details.
  2. Use the available actions and verify saved changes.
  3. Use the webapp for functions absent from the mobile view.

Review account settings

Mobile settings include profile, language, appearance, calendar preferences and notifications.

Time format

Week start
First weekday in calendar views.

A specific region or automatic device time zone.
Notifications
Event preferences; system push permission is separate.
  1. Open Account → Settings.
  2. Review language, appearance and calendar preferences.
  3. Review notifications, then verify a known calendar event.

Common pitfalls

  • Different layouts

Web subtabs may be organized differently on mobile.

  • System permission matters

Check the app's operating-system notification permission if push is missing.
