Open the dashboard and check the organization
Open Dashboard via the sidebar. Check which organization is active in the organization switcher at the top of the navigation. This choice determines Sprints, CRM, Metrics, and Time Tracking, among other things. The cross-organization cards additionally keep entries from your other accessible organizations.
Choose visible widgets
Click Customize widgets at the top. In the Dashboard widgets dialog, you toggle the cards you want on or off.
This selection is saved in your personal profile and isn't limited to a single organization. It doesn't disable any product modules and doesn't change any permissions. The order and size of the cards are fixed; the dialog offers no free arrangement. The metrics bar at the top and the header actions aren't hidden by this.
- Open Customize widgets via the settings icon on the dashboard.
- Choose the cards you want to see on the dashboard.
- Click Done and wait for the Dashboard updated confirmation.
- Check the cards shown. You can turn hidden cards back on in the same dialog.
Read tasks, appointments, and goals from several organizations
These three cards can be chosen independently of the currently active organization's modules. Content only comes from organizations where you have the matching module access. The organization badge on the entry helps identify where it's from.
Click the entry directly for the right organization context. The general links in the card header, on the other hand, open that module in the current context. Goals' percentages come from their key results, or, without key results, from manual progress.
- My tasks
- Up to six incomplete tasks assigned to you, including via multiple assignment. Earlier due dates come first, tasks with no date come last. The card doesn't contain every open task across your teams.
- Upcoming appointments
- Up to four upcoming internal meetings within the next 30 days, sorted by time. The selection isn't limited to meetings where you're personally listed as a participant. External Google/Outlook appointments aren't fully merged in here.
- Goals
- Up to five active goals with the least progress first. These are goals from your accessible organizations, not just personal goals. Paused, completed, and draft goals are missing from this card.
Track sprints in the active organization
The sprint card shows up to four active sprints, sorted by end date. Progress equals completed tasks divided by every task assigned to the sprint. With no tasks, it's 0 percent. Open the sprint for full planning; the card doesn't include planned or completed sprints.
Tell the CRM pipeline and Lead Engine apart
The CRM pipeline shows the count and summed revenue value per occupied stage. Default stages appear in a fixed order, with additional stages following after. The amounts aren't converted to the same revenue interval, so this isn't a monthly revenue forecast. The separate Lead Engine card shows the default funnel plus overdue leads, the Today/Tomorrow due-date group, priority A, and open drafts. Open CRM for details.
How the cumulative funnel and follow-up metrics are calculated is explained in Understand the CRM dashboard and weekly briefing. The pipeline count and the funnel use different bases and don't need to produce the same numbers.
View website, web app, and app metrics
The Metrics widget shows analytics for the last seven days. Switch between Website, Web App, and App. This requires Metrics access and a configured analytics integration like PostHog or GA4. Website and Web App use their respective area filters. The App view uses an unfiltered data set plus events tagged accordingly; without matching configuration, it isn't a guaranteed measurement of native app usage exclusively.
For Website and Web App, the headline metric is the number of page views; for App, it's the rounded average of the delivered daily visitor figures as active users. You manage further metrics, periods, and integrations in the Metrics module. The dashboard widget doesn't represent every report available there.
Start a timer and assign a booking
Check the active organization first. Click Start timer. Starting from the dashboard creates a running entry with no description, task, or project. Use Stop timer to finish, then check the entry in time tracking. Add a description and assignment there. If you want to log directly for a project or task, start the timer in that area instead.
The dashboard's timer status is currently determined from a running entry in the active organization, and isn't scoped to you personally. If Stop timer is already shown, first check in time tracking which entry is running. In a team, don't rely on this button affecting only your own timer.
Read the weekly overview in Time Tracker
The bars distribute completed time entries by their start day, Monday through Sunday. The data relates to the active organization, not exclusively to you. Running timers only feed into the total, via their saved duration, once stopped. Average per day divides the total time by seven, even if the week isn't over yet. An entry that spans midnight is attributed to its start day.
Understand the metrics bar at the top
The bar shows at most four metrics from the available modules. The order is fixed: open tasks, active projects, pipeline value, team utilization, then sprint and goal values where relevant. So not every metric necessarily appears at once.
- Open tasks
- The active organization's tasks excluding Done and list_only. This organization figure differs from the personal task card that spans several organizations.
- Active projects
- Currently, this metric counts every project in the active organization, regardless of whether it's running, paused, or blocked.
- Pipeline value
- Sum of the stored revenue values excluding the default Lost stage. No weighting by win probability, and no unification of revenue intervals.
- Team utilization
- Completed weekly time divided by members' configured weekly capacity; with no capacity entry, 40 hours per member is assumed. That's logged time relative to capacity, not a forecast of planned work.
Use the daily overview and navigation
Click Daily overview for a current summary in chat. Its own guide explains the content, AI share, and prerequisites. The sidebar opens the modules enabled and available to you. You set its visibility and order separately, in Account.
Common pitfalls
Widget selection isn't module activation
If Sprints, CRM, Metrics, or Time Tracker are missing from the dialog, check module access in the active organization. Turning a card on doesn't grant any additional rights.
The cards show excerpts
Six tasks, four appointments, and five goals aren't complete lists. Open the relevant module and check the organization context before treating missing entries as deleted.
Check weekly values against future entries
The current total loads completed entries from the start of the week with no upper date limit. Already-logged future entries can therefore push the total above the seven daily bars shown.
Frequently asked questions
Does my widget selection apply to the whole team?
No. The selection is saved in your profile. Other people keep their own view; your selection carries over when you switch organizations.
Why do I see the same tasks after switching organizations?
The task card shows your open assignments across organizations. Sprints, CRM, Metrics, and time values, on the other hand, relate to the active organization.
Can I move or resize widgets?
Right now, you can show and hide the existing cards. Order and size are fixed.
Why doesn't the weekly time match my personal time tracking?
The dashboard sums the active organization's completed entries. Personal filters, running timers, and attribution by start day can lead to different values.
