Understand the Lead Engine dashboard

In the Revenue tab, the Lead Engine dashboard follows below the pipeline funnel: KPI tiles, a scored funnel, segments, sources, hygiene metrics, mailbox status, and the trend of new leads.

Prerequisites
  • You're signed in and have access to the Metrics area.

KPI tiles and funnel

At the top are four tiles: active pipeline, win rate, new leads in the last 7 days, and overdue leads (highlighted in red). Below that, the funnel shows, per stage, the count and conversion rate versus the previous stage, scored as strong, ok, or critical/weak.

Segments and sources

  • Segments: a table per group with active, demo, proposal, and won leads, plus a maturity ratio. Leads with no assigned group are grouped together.
  • Sources: a table per source of origin with active leads, the count from the demo stage upward, and a scored hit rate.

Check hygiene metrics

Eight tiles show the pipeline's upkeep: contacted in the last 7 days, no contact for over 30 days, due today, overdue (red), priority A among active leads, open email drafts, open tasks, and missing consent (red).

Mailbox sync and trend

The Mailbox tiles show connected mailboxes, mailboxes with sync errors (red), and the time of the last sync. With at least two weeks of data available, a line chart of new leads per week follows.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a hygiene tile red?

Red flags values that need attention: overdue leads and missing consent. The other tiles are colored neutrally.

Where does the strong/ok/critical rating come from?

From the conversion rate between two funnel stages, or the hit rate per source — both calculated by the CRM module itself.
