Search with keywords
Enter at least two characters in the Knowledgebase search field. The results list shows titles and text excerpts; a click opens the document. The header search currently doesn't cover every self-created organization document. If a document is missing, look for it in the folder structure or use a targeted AI question.
Open the AI chat
Click the Ask AI icon at the top. It opens the Knowledgebase assistant, Claude. If the AI feature is disabled in your environment, the button isn't available.
Ask a concrete question
Name the topic and, if possible, the workflow, project, or time period. Explicitly ask it to search the Knowledgebase and name the documents it used.
- Search the Knowledgebase: How does our onboarding work?
- What documented decisions exist about the approval process?
- What lessons learned from the last release are recorded? Name the sources.
Check the answer against the documents
Read the answer and open the mentioned documents via the page structure. Ask a follow-up if the time period or source is unclear. The AI draws on matching results; an answer isn't proof that every document was fully reviewed. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete.
Document missing knowledge
If the information you need isn't described yet, add it to a suitable article or create a new document. For questions about an attached file, also record the key information in the document text itself: the Knowledgebase search doesn't guarantee a complete read of every attachment.
Frequently asked questions
Does Claude only know the page that's currently open?
The assistant can pull in other documents from the active organization via Knowledgebase search. Say which topic or document your question relates to.
Are my questions automatically saved as Knowledgebase articles?
A question and its answer don't automatically become a new article. Deliberately record reviewed results in a document.
Why isn't there an answer?
Check the error message in the chat. Availability and the available AI budget can limit the request. You can still open documents directly via the page structure.
What information does the AI use?
The request and matching content found are processed to produce the answer. The assistant can also use context from tasks, goals, and sprints in the active organization. Folder names aren't an additional access restriction.
